(a) A person operating a motorized bicycle shall not ride other than upon the permanent and regular seat attached thereto.
(b) No motorized bicycle shall be operated within the City limits carrying more persons than the operator.
(c) A person shall ride upon a motorized bicycle only while sitting astride the seat facing forward with one leg on each side of the motorized bicycle.
(d) No person operating a motorized bicycle shall carry any package, bundle or article that prevents the driver from keeping at least one hand upon the handle bars.

(e) No person shall operate a motorized bicycle without using safety glasses or other protective eye devices. No person who is under the age of eighteen shall operate a motorized bicycle in the City unless wearing a protective helmet with a chin strap properly fastened on his/her head. The helmet, safety glasses or other protective eye device shall conform with regulations prescribed and promulgated by the Director of Highway Safety. The provisions of this division or a violation thereof shall not be used in trial in any civil action.
(f) Motorized bicycle must be equipped with a rear view mirror.
