“Street lawn” means the area that is between the curb and the sidewalk. If no sidewalk exists, it is the area from the curb to the edge of the public right of way. If no curb exists, it is the area from the edge of the pavement to the sidewalk. If there is no curb or sidewalk, it is the area from the edge of the pavement to the edge of the public right of way.
