301.42 STREET OR HIGHWAY.
   “Street” or “highway” means the entire width between the boundary lines of every way open to the use of the public as a thoroughfare for purposes of vehicular travel.

301.421 STREET LAWN.
   “Street lawn” means the area that is between the curb and the sidewalk. If no sidewalk exists, it is the area from the curb to the edge of the public right of way. If no curb exists, it is the area from the edge of the pavement to the sidewalk. If there is no curb or sidewalk, it is the area from the edge of the pavement to the edge of the public right of way. 301.43 THROUGH STREET OR HIGHWAY.
   “Through street or highway” means every street or highway as provided in Section 313.02 and Ohio R.C. 4511.65.
