(a) There is hereby established the part-time position of Secretary to the Civil Service Commission.
(b) It shall be the obligation of the Secretary to aid and assist the members of the Civil Service Commission by performing secretarial and other duties.
(c) Sixty percent (60%) of the salary for this position shall be contributed by the City and forty percent (40%) by the Board of Education of the Reynoldsburg City Schools who shall be billed for their contribution on a monthly basis.
(d) The Board of Education shall be billed on a quarterly basis for expenses incurred for supplies, postage and other necessary items.
