154.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF A DEPARTMENT OF DEVELOPMENT; APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR.

There is hereby established a Department of Development to be headed by a Development Director. The Development Director shall be a qualified applicant appointed by the Mayor subject to the approval of City Council. The Development Director shall work at the pleasure of the Mayor.
