(a) Hazardous or dangerous materials shall be stored, used and transported only in a safe manner as set forth in the Code of Federal Regulations, Sections 49-100, the Ohio Fire Code or NFPA Standards. A permit must be secured from the Fire Department for the use, storage and handling of hazardous or dangerous materials.
(b) When it is determined by the Fire Chief that a location in the City has on its premises any extremely hazardous substance, the key box provided for in Section 1525.05 shall be large enough to contain the emergency plan of the facility, a listing of the location of the substance, names of individuals to be contacted, the impact upon the environment and the community of such substance, and any other information that the Fire Chief may require.
