Whoever violates Section 1155.03 shall be guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor and fined not to exceed two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both. If, upon thirty days after conviction such premises are not restored to the grade established by the Village Engineer, then, upon conviction such person, firm or corporation shall be guilty of a first degree misdemeanor and subject to a fine of one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisonment not to exceed six months, or both.
