11-2-14: FINAL MAP APPLICATION:
The subdivider shall submit to the community development department the final map application, which shall include the following:
   A.   Four (4) blueline copies of the final map, each conforming to the requirements of this section and section 11-2-15 of this chapter.
   B.   Closure calculations and other survey information.
   C.   A current title report pertaining to the real property proposed to be subdivided. The title report shall be dated not more than ninety (90) days prior to the submittal of the final map application.
   D.   A title guarantee by a qualified title company, for the benefit of the city, certifying that the signatures of all persons whose consent is necessary to pass clear title to the land and all acknowledgments appear on the proper certificates and are correctly shown on the map and affidavits to a dedication.
   E.   The subdivider's engineer's estimated cost of improvements.
   F.   Fresno County tax compliance certification request.
   G.   Legal description of the property being subdivided.
   H.   The application review fee as established by the city council in its most current fee resolution. (Ord. 2000-05, 4-25-2000)
