1064.14 AMENDMENTS; CONFLICTS OF LAW.

(a) Recommendations for changes in this chapter may be submitted by the Cemetery Board to the Council for consideration and such action as the Council deems appropriate. Amendments shall be by City ordinance.

(b) Any provision herein contained conflicting with any law of the State shall be considered amended to comply with said State law.
