1061.12 CAPPING FEE.

Every person who shall apply for and receive a license agrees to collect and pay the capping fee as established by the City Council. This shall be paid to the City within ten (10) days of the customer being billed or within thirty (30) days of the service being provided whichever is first. The capping fee is payable even if the licensee does not collect the fee from the customer.
