1061.10 LICENSE; WASTE HAULERS.

Commencing on December 1, 1993, no person shall engage in the business of collecting, transporting, delivering, or disposing of solid waste in the City without first obtaining a Waste Hauler License issued by the City Clerk in accordance with this Chapter. Waste Haulers Licenses shall be valid only from the date of issuance to the following December 31 (unless earlier revoked). It shall be an. express condition of each license that the Waste Hauler shall comply with all provisions of this Chapter.
