1061.06 PARKING AND STORING RESTRICTIONS.

A transporting vehicle shall not be parked in any zoning district longer than necessary to collect solid waste and shall not be parked, stored or established at any location so as to cause a nuisance or hazard to health or in violation of the Zoning Ordinance.
