Upon a violation of any provision of this Chapter, the City may seek criminal prosecution and may seek legal and/or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. Any person who violates any provision of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment not to exceed ninety (90) days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day that a violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense. In addition, a violation of any provision of this chapter shall be cause for revocation of a Waste Hauler License.
