1060.06 COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS, RULES AND REGULATIONS.

Waste haulers shall comply with all applicable federal and state laws, statutes, rules and regulations (including, but not limited to, Act 641 and administrative rules promulgated pursuant to Act 641) in the collection, transportation, delivery, and disposal of solid waste. Waste Haulers shall also comply with all rules and regulations promulgated by the City Council or the Department of Public Works.
