1060.03 PUBLIC GROUNDS.

No person shall throw or deposit any garbage or refuse on any of the public streets, lanes, alleys, parks, cemeteries or other public grounds in the City of Reed City at any time, nor shall any person do any dumping or dumping and filling on any property owned by the City of Reed City, without first obtaining the permission of the City Manager.
