Following the entry of any order by the Authority with respect to the conduct of a discharger contrary to the provisions of Section 1042.13 the Attorney for the Authority may, following the authorization of such action by the Authority, commence an action for appropriate action in any court of competent jurisdiction. Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in Section 1042.11 shall be subject to the general Code penalty set forth in Section 202.99 of the Administration Code.
