210.01 MANAGER AS PURCHASING AGENT.

The Manager shall act as Purchasing Agent of the City in accordance with Section 12.1 of the Charter. The Manager shall adopt any necessary rules respecting requisitions and purchase orders. (1981 Code ‘1.201)
