To Reed City Cable TV the right to construct, operate and maintain a CATV system for 15 yrs.
Amends Ord. 25. Changes name of franchise to Osceola Cable TV.
To Centel Cable Television of Michigan the right to install, maintain an operate a CATV system for 15 yrs.
To Consumers Power Co. the right to construct, maintain and commercially use electric lines and operate a local electric business in the City.
To Michigan Consolidated Gas Co. the right to lay, maintain and operate gas mains, etc., and operate a local gas business in the City.
Consents to transfer of control of franchise from Cable Michigan, Inc., to Avalon Cable of Michigan Holding, Inc.
Consents to transfer of control of franchise from Avalon Cable, L.L.C., to Charter Communications Holding Co., L.L.C.
To DTE Energy Marketing, Inc., the right to conduct a local electric business in the City for 10 yrs.
To Wolverine Power Marketing Cooperative the right to conduct a local electric power business for public use in the City.
Authorizing the granting of a non-exclusive cable television franchise to CC Michigan, L.L.C, doing business as Charter Communications.
