12.56.390: TIE DOWN AND HANGAR FEES:
   A.   Monthly tie down, transient tie down and hangar rental fees on city land not leased to base operations will be as established by the resolution of the City Council.
   B.   Monthly tie down, transient tie down and hangar rental fees on city land not leased to base operations will be as established by the director of aviation. (Ord. 2906, 2020: Ord. 2419 § 2, 1999: Ord. 1431 § I, 1971)
