12.56.380: LANDING FEES:
Privately owned aircraft are not charged landing fees. Operations of aircraft engaged in the business of transporting persons or things for a profit, may be charged landing fees as determined by the council. (Ord. 2906, 2020: Ord. 2419 § 2, 1999: Ord. 1431 § H, 1971)
