12.56.280: REGISTERING AIRPORT BASED AIRCRAFT:

Any person electing to base their aircraft on the airport shall register the aircraft with the Director. Change of ownership or removal of the aircraft from the airport shall not relieve the registered owner from payment of applicable fees unless prior written notice is given.
