2.36.040: POWERS AND DUTIES:
As planning agency of the City, the Planning Commission shall have such powers and duties as are provided for such agencies by the general laws of the State. In addition, the commission shall have such powers and duties as are provided by City ordinance. The commission shall keep proper records of all of its official acts and proceedings.
