12.56.250: ACCIDENTS; REMOVAL OF DAMAGED AIRCRAFT:
In the event of an accident, the damaged aircraft may be removed from the landing areas, ramps, aprons, or other areas at the expense of the owner and without liability for damage resulting from such moving. (Ord. 2906, 2020: Ord. 1431 § C(19), 1971)
