12.56.110: AIRCRAFT TAXIING REGULATIONS:

No person shall taxi any aircraft unless there will be no danger of collision with any person or object. Aircraft shall taxi at a safe speed and will be under complete control at all times. No taxiing shall be done except on areas designated for taxiing. (Ord. 2906, 2020: Ord. 1431 § C(6), 1971)
