12.56.100: CERTIFIED AIRCRAFT AND PERSONNEL REQUIRED:
Only properly licensed aircraft, operated by properly licensed personnel or aircraft operating under part 103 of the Federal Aviation Regulations are authorized on the airport landing areas or areas designated for aircraft taxiing and parking. (Ord. 2906, 2020: Ord. 1431 § C(5), 1971)
