12.56.070: CONFORMANCE WITH RULES GOVERNING AIRCRAFT OPERATION:

No person shall navigate any aircraft over, land upon, or take off from, or service, repair, or maintain any aircraft on the airport, or conduct any operation on or from the airport otherwise than in conformity with this chapter and the rules and regulations of the federal aviation administration. (Ord. 1431 § C(2), 1971)
