12.56.020: GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY OF OWNERS, OPERATORS AND USERS:
It shall be the responsibility of aircraft owners, aircraft operators, and users of the airfield and surrounding support facilities to become familiar with the provisions of this chapter and adhere to its intent in the interests of safe and efficient utilization of the Redlands airport. (Ord. 1431 § A(2), 1971)
