The purpose of this chapter is to establish policies and procedures to be followed by persons operating aircraft, ground vehicles, and equipment on and in the vicinity of the Redlands Municipal Airport both in the air and on the ground. The City’s Facilities and Community Services Director (hereinafter “Director”) and his or her authorized designees, shall have authority for the oversight and operations of the Redlands Municipal Airport. Deviations from these policies and procedures are permitted only during periods of emergency or as approved by the Director. (Ord. 2906, 2020: Ord. 1431 § A(1), 1971)
