"Facility" or "equipment" means pipe, pipeline, tube, main service, trap, vent, vault, manhole, gauge, regulator, valve, conduit, wire, tower, pole, pole line, crossarm or bracket, anchor, cable, junction box, transformer, or any other material, structure or object of any kind or nature not particularly mentioned herein which is or may be lawfully constructed, left, placed or maintained in, upon, along, across, under or over any portion of any street.
