10.60.100: SPARK ARRESTER AND MUFFLER REQUIRED:
Any motor vehicle operated on property within the city of Redlands shall be equipped with a spark arrester and muffler as defined in section 27150 of the Vehicle Code of the state of California. No person shall operate a motor vehicle unless it is so equipped with a spark arrester and muffler. (Prior code § 68801)
