10.60.090: OPERATION IN EXCESS OF DESIGNATED NOISE LEVEL:
No person shall operate on lands or premises in the city any motor vehicle which makes sounds and noise in excess of the noise level provided in section 23130 of the Vehicle Code of the state. (Prior code § 68800)
