10.60.070: AUTHORITY TO REMOVE SIGNS OBSTRUCTING VIEW:
The traffic engineer is authorized to remove any sign which constitutes an obstruction to the vision and view of traffic by a driver of a motor vehicle at the entrance to any intersection. (Prior code § 68408)
