10.44.010: MUNICIPAL PARKING FACILITY DEFINED:
A "municipal parking facility" is a parking lot, parcel of land, facility, garage, or structure owned, leased, or operated by the city, or in which the city has a possessory right of interest and which is used as a municipal or public parking facility and for the off street parking of vehicles. (Prior code § 62000)
