10.04.202: PARKING CONTROL OFFICER:
"Parking control officer" means any officer or employee of the city's police department, or any civilian volunteer, authorized by the chief of police to enforce the provisions of this title relating to the parking of vehicles on public and private property. (Ord. 2210 § 1, 1992)
