It is unlawful for any person to cut, break off or destroy or injure any ornamental or flowering tree, shrub, vine or plant being or growing upon the land of another, or to pick, cut, or take any flower, bud or fruit being or growing upon such land, without the consent of the owner or the person in charge of such land.
