9.04.050: POLICE CANINES AND EQUINES; VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions of sections 9.04.030 and 9.04.040 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not exceeding three hundred dollars ($300.00) or imprisoned in the county jail for a period not exceeding ninety (90) days, or by being both so fined and imprisoned. (Ord. 1682 § 3, 1979)
