2.16.030: PURCHASING AGENT:
The position of Purchasing Agent of the City is hereby established and shall be incorporated with the duties of the City department director responsible for oversight of the Purchasing Office. When the term "Purchasing Agent" is used in this chapter, such term shall include his or her designees. (Ord. 2891, 2019)
