8.20.160: SALES OFFICE TRAILERS:
A trailer or commercial coach may be used as a sales office for residential multiple developments of four (4) or more abutting dwelling units, provided that the trailer is located within the boundaries of the property or subdivision being constructed, and provided further that such trailer or commercial coach complies with all applicable codes and ordinances. (Prior code § 66401)
