A temporary building, trailer, or commercial coach may be parked on a nonresidentially zoned site for use as an office, warehouse, toolshed, or shelter for a night watchman only while such vehicle is being utilized for a use related to a construction project on the same premises; provided, however, such temporary building or trailer shall not be used as a dwelling.
