To facilitate the daily operations of the Redlands Municipal Airport, the city manager, or his or her designee, is authorized to enter into, and execute in behalf of the city, aircraft tie down permits for the Redlands Municipal Airport, without the prior approval of the city council. Such permits shall be subject to the review and approval of the city attorney prior to their execution by the city manager. (Ord. 2797, 2014)
