8.04.080: UNSANITARY ANIMALS:
It is declared to be a nuisance, and it is unlawful, to keep or permit to be kept on any premises any animals, fowl, or birds in foul, offensive, obnoxious, filthy or unsanitary conditions. (Ord. 2812, 2015)
