It is unlawful for any person within the city to permit any fowl, dogs, sheep, goats, horses, cows or other cattle of which he is the owner or over which he has control, to run or go upon the premises of any other person, after written notice from the owner or occupant of such premises to keep the same off of such property; or to allow any fierce dog to run at large.
