The animal control board shall remove a dog from the list of potentially dangerous dogs if no additional instances of behavior described in section 6.05.010 of this chapter occur within a thirty six (36) month period from the date of designation as a potentially dangerous dog. (Ord. 2135 § 2, 1990)
