Any person whose permit is revoked pursuant to this chapter shall not operate a rental dwelling unit within the city. A permittee may appeal the revocation to the city council as provided in section 5.98.110 of this chapter. A permit shall remain revoked unless and until the city council reinstates the permit through the appeal process, or the person applies for and is issued a new permit. (Ord. 2773, 2012)
