5.98.080: PERMIT DENIAL:
Any person denied a permit pursuant to this chapter shall not operate a rental dwelling unit within the city. An applicant may appeal the denial to the city council as provided in section 5.98.110 of this chapter. (Ord. 2773, 2012)
