5.98.040: DURATION OF PERMIT:
A rental dwelling unit permit issued or renewed under this chapter shall terminate at the expiration of one year from the date of its issuance unless revoked prior to said termination pursuant to section 5.98.090 of this chapter. (Ord. 2773, 2012)
