5.98.030: PERMIT REQUIRED:

On and after July 1, 2008, every person who owns a rental dwelling unit shall procure and maintain a permit from the city, which permit shall authorize the person to operate the rental dwelling unit at the subject property described in the permit. Only one permit is required for a person that owns one or more rental dwelling units in the city. (Ord. 2773, 2012)
