5.96.030: USE OF STREET SWEEPING FEE:
The street sweeping fee shall be used by the city to defray the cost of street sweeping, litter abatement and nonpoint source pollution control on public streets and storm drain systems within the city. (Ord. 2189 § 1, 1992)
