5.92.020: PAYMENT OF LITTER ABATEMENT FEE:
   A.   The litter abatement fee shall be paid at the same time and as a condition of the receipt of a city business license issued pursuant to chapter 5.04 of this title.
   B.   The person or entity to whom a city business license is issued shall be responsible for the payment of the litter abatement fee. (Ord. 2168 § 1, 1991)
