5.80.040: ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR VEHICLE:

Participants in the city's police rotational tow program, upon signing CHP form 180 (report of impounded vehicle), shall assume full responsibility for the vehicle and the contents for each impounded vehicle. (Ord. 2353 § 1, 1997)
