The term "yard sale", as used in this chapter, includes any event where items of personal property owned, utilized, or maintained by occupants of a premises other than a licensed commercial business, are to be offered for sale to the general public. This shall include garage, patio, rummage, and other similarly conducted sales. (Prior code § 24001)
